GHOF hosts its 5th annual Shark Talk in Grand Cayman. Shark Talk invites every student in Grand Cayman between the ages of 8 and 18 to Regal Cinema 6, Camana Bay to watch a documentary highlighting current conservation issues and the plight of sharks. The documentary is followed by a fun presentation and the opportunity for students to ask experts their own questions. This year, Shark Talk is all about stingrays! Featuring ‘Stingray Chronicles: Part II’ which details 17 years of scientific research at the Stingray City Sandbar in Grand Cayman and how science, education and the next generation can help protect a National icon.
